dronte wrote:We are the real underdogs here, thats obvious. But if we crash out I want it at least to be really tight. I hope for no more injuries for the next days, it is kinda bad that we already lost Khedira
And Mandzukic.Imagine him pressing the shit out of Slowstuber. That would've come handy.
For me i think its a good opportunity to move back to 4-3-1-2 with Pereyra as TQ.
Khedira from an offensive point of view has surprised me this season. The way he combines Dybala and Morata and makes intelligent runs off the ball was great to see and that will be missed.I guess Pereyra will be that guy to plug the gap.

Unless you guys are purposely trying to lower your own expectations so if/when you win this tie, you'll be like "omg we won, I so didn't expect this", how exactly is Juventus, as Dronte put it, real underdogs?

So its unreasonable to think Bayern still remain favorites to win this tie ?

Considering the injuries in defence that you already stated yes.
It's an even tie and no result should be shock.

The thing is Pep away record isn't good and Allegri and him have had some good/close encounters during Barca V Milan days. The injuries they have now only make the case worse for him especially when we look at his away record. However if Juve don't wrap this up at home, they face another beast in Munich, they pretty much took us to the shed last year with a injury list worse then now.

Mole its probably not gonna be a blowout but Bayern are still comfortably the better team and deservedly favorites. Juve have been hit just as hard as Bayern in terms of injuries.

Mandzukic who shouldn't even be first choice tbh and Khedira is comparable to Boateng, Martinez and God knows who else? Come on now lol.

The thing is even players like Pereyra,Asamoah,Hernanes have gone down injured so it just forces Allegri to overuse our starters which is not an ideal situation.
We've had a nightmarish season in terms of injuries.
And Mandzukic has performed better than Morata overall this season.Only time will tell if he'll be missed because frankly he doesnt miss too many chances like Morata does.

Mandzukic has been better than Morata and Khedira has probably been their best midfielder. Bayern is missing a few CBs but Juve won't have the ball long enough to test them anyway (:

Stop it lol, he barely even starts ffs. Also a few defenders doesn't make you buy scrubs on deadline day for cover lol.
You'll vastly underestimating the impact of Bayern's injuries and vastly overestimating the impact of Juve's injuries.
The important injury is Mandzukic and that pails in comparison to Martinez, matter about *bleep* Boateng ( and I don't even rate him ffs)

3-2-1-4 formation, that's what I think they will go with too. Interesting to see how Lewandowski will fare as the goalkeeper.BAYERN_MUNICH wrote:I guess well see a backline of

But Alonso will probably play instead of Kimmich

Re: Juventus Vs Bayern München (CL 2015/16)
Khedira has started fifteen games for Juventus and we've won 13 and drawn 2 in those games. He's unbeaten in a Juventus jersey and definitely been one of the important players of the team especially in our winning streak.
He's atleast for me,as important as Martinez is to Bayern. So definitely a big blow.

Mole there's a limit to how much you can say without watching games
Khedira has been very important for Juve and will be a big miss, stop trying to undervalue him

Re: Juventus Vs Bayern München (CL 2015/16)
Khedira has been great but there is no way he has been our best mid. He is our third best midfielder in a midfield three
But he is an important loss and we are underdogs against bayern. If pereyra comes back and picks up form the he could strart, if not it'll be sturaro. All is fine there.
The important loss is mandzukic, we'll miss his pressing and clinical edge. Fantastic tie, can't wait.

Congratulations Nick. Tell us about it, how "what you (plural) think" turns out wrong now you 'find yourself watching Bundesliga'.
You wouldn't have needed to buy a new TV for that great discovery.
You could have just listened to what BuLi followers told you when you went on and on with the " Bayern walk the league champioons in November smdh rofl omg omg buyern facepalm" stuff without knowing your arses from a hole in the ground.

Pep has never once used Lahm as a left back, no matter how dire the circumstances, however he has quite a few times used Rafinha as a left back when we had personnel trouble (the first 15 minutes at the Camp Nou included).
So there's no way it will be Lahm left back, Rafinaha right back, it would be the other way around.
