been reading it the last few days, only about 15-20 chapters in but enjoying it, not usually interested in the 'gets dragged into a fantasy world' stuff but I like it so far, good premise

I thought that little side story was quite decent too. can see it being linked with the main story at some point.

Wish you would read Suicide Island. Author is a genius man. But it might be an acquired taste. Because he spends some of the chapter purely discussion philosophy. Still a GOAT manga imo.

Yeah I like the setting and premise in Alice in Borderland, the characters are cool but don't do anything I haven't seen a bunch of times. Entertaining stuff though

I heard Suicide Island was a bit of a mess, I will check it out in the near future, since I read the author's previous work, Holyland, which is in my top 15-20, it's just I don't like reading things that aren't completed nowadays and I see Suicide Island concluded just a couple months ago, it's still about 50 chapters from being fully translated so I'll probably wait

been expecting them to come back ffs with some twist..tbh that chouta lad was a bit annoying, but it was a great move all in all IMO, because it makes every arc tense and you know anyone can die at any time

the beach arc was great, did you finish it? I'd say they've all been on that level since, all of the games have been really interesting and all of the arcs have good character development
