Apparently Cazorla was actually sick before today's game, but played anyway. Because you know that makes so much sense.

Having anyone who could actually run and keep up with the play would be better. I know Flamini sucks but he can do that much.

Spurs let that one go but will always be happy for Spurs to take a point at the Emirates.
Set piece and crossing defending needs to be worked on. Arsenal managed to snatch a point really only based on set pieces and crosses. Had no imagination otherwise. However when you have Ozil swinging them in and Tottenham thinking that the way to defend crosses is to get away from your man or duck out of the way, I can understand the strategy.
Ozil is the best player in the EPL

Re: Arsenal vs Tottenham PL 15/16
Ozil's crosses are delicious.
Giroud should have scored, but overall can't be too unhappy with the result. Would have taken a draw before the game. Our players are tired, too many injuries, have had a tough schedule in the last few weeks and going into internationals. Hopefully some players will get some much needed rest (except for Sanchez who you know will play 90mins for Chile).
Pretty certain Ox and Ramsey are ok but kept "injured" so they don't have to go to internationals.

In that case, Alexis is the one who should be 'kept injured' really

Pretty much frustrating as you feel we always should be winning against Spurs. But I guess looking at all things, we're still in a pretty good condition. Where would be without Ozil this season though?
Sanchez and Cazorla need a crucial rest but you know those *bleep* Chile and Spain managers wouldn't even consider it. Let us hope all goes well for our players health and fitness over the next 2 weeks. I feel we're gonna have to grind for a lot of November and December, but hey, we're in this position and that's what we're going to have to do if we wanna keep on winning and stay within reach of the top spot. Also going to be interesting to see how the CL goes and where we end up, but hopefully we thump both Zagreb and that Greek *bleep* and Bayern also does the same.

Re: Arsenal vs Tottenham PL 15/16
Our next four games are against poor teams: West Brom (A), Norwich (A), Sunderland (H) and Aston Villa (A). Even with the squad as it is, anything less than 12 points from that won't be good enough.
After that it's City (H), Southampton (A) and Bournemouth (H). Then we're into January, which on paper looks a difficult month. Hopefully then we can get one or two of the long-term absentees back.
At this point I'm not too worried about being top or second. I'd rather take a few blips and dropped points now than in March. March and April are when you really need to put a run together.
