0 shots in 45 minutes in a home game.
Cazorla completely being destroyed in midfield by a bunch of scrubs.
My ears have cancer from the wonderful commentary on Sky, meanwhile.

We'd be better off with Flamini-Arteta-Iwobi

They'd also get rekt with the amazing support that Alexis and Joel provide defensively.

Re: Arsenal vs Tottenham PL 15/16
After starting well, they have been quicker, sharper and stronger. We look so off the pace with or without the ball. Doesn't help that santi is playing like someone who is nursing a hang over. Also doesn't help that Playing with Campbell its like playing with one man less in attack. The guy has one of the worst touches of the ball in the squad
At the moment i can't see us scoring unless we fluke one or scrap in a Giroud tap in.

The guys don't have the legs any more. It is blatantly obvious.
And of course that's going to be the case when you have ZERO rotation, because you GOT YOUR PLAYERS INJURED.

There's a higher likelyhood that we concede than that we score. Right now, I would take a point and a 1-1 draw.

I am happy with this, in the overall picture. We've kept level with City, so that's already a positive.

yeap, we were only better 1st 10 minutes and last 10. This Spurs is quite alright though, impressed with their pressing game.

Bottled it like the c's we are.
If we had Walcott up front now and for the rest of the season I would be confident of a league challenge.
That said if we are still close to City when Walcott comes back, we'll be up there for sure. Unless Giroid keeps starting regardless then we're done.

There's really not much to be happy about. We will regret dropping these points and Liverpool (H) when we lose to these teams away from home.

Re: Arsenal vs Tottenham PL 15/16
That was shockingly bad. Spurs dominated us for 75 minutes and the only joy we was getting up front was from set-pieces. Cazorla was so bad in midfield he forced Wenger to sub him off at half-time for Flamini.
It's the old enemy called the high press again. Midfield had no help from the wingers, and were physically outmatched against a stronger and fitter team. Our keeper and defence didn't have the skill either to play out from the back well enough. We got off big time when Spurs didn't put more than one goal past us.
The only threat we had was from set-pieces. Spurs were terrible at them. Giroud should have scored at last one of his several headers before Gibbs' goal.
It's a point gained, in the end. An awful performance, a thinning squad, tiring players... yet still level with City in the end. No doubt it's a missed opportunity and needlessly dropped points, but I don't know, could be worse in the circumstances.
The international break is a chance for us to regroup. Hopefully nobody gets injured and we get some players back from injury.

Re: Arsenal vs Tottenham PL 15/16
Cech - One of Arsene's greatest signings of all time. Kept us in another big game.
Debuchy - wasn't as bad as i feared. Still not first team quality though
Mertesacker - Awful and looks quite spent
Koscielny- Error for the goal but apart from that he was quite good
Monreal - best defender for us
Coquelin - Awful in the first half but ok in the 2nd
Cazorla - Wilshere can't come back soon enough. But tbf to him he had no energy going into the game at all. Would have been better off with Arteta starting.
Flamini - Was good when he came on. It was a simple job he had to do and he did it and helped us turn around the game
Joel - IMO he looked like our best attacker bar Ozil. Better than Sancehz and Giroud
Sanhez - One of his worst performance in an arsenal shirt. Doesn't look fit at all. Needs a 2 week break at least.
Giroud - LOL. Walcott can't come back soon enough. He makes every attacker look shit for us. Should have scored twice at least. But he never scores when it matters (unless it's via handball).
Ozil - Probably our MOTM.
Gibbs - changed the game. Great energy and desire. If we had another match before the internationals, i would have wanted him to start at LW.

Apparently Cazorla was actually sick before today's game, but played anyway. Because you know that makes so much sense.
