A deal for Pato was agreed when Mourinho was Chelsea manager, however current boss Hiddink has doubts about the move, according to Sky Sports.

Nothing, he's a good all-round player, but as your - probably by far - most expensive signing it's very underwhelming. You could make a more exciting signing for half that sum.

You could in Europe, but in order to seal a transfer to China the transfer will most likely be inflated. I doubt they can get a much better player than Ramires for that sum. Flashier, sure, but better? Hardly.

And Inter want both Eder and Soriano.
They're the two best Sampdoria players, the last time Sampdoria sold his 2 best players in January with a similar table is relegated then (Cassano-Pazzini)

So I don't believe it will happen again, tbh .. otherwise it's be hilarious..

The Magpies have not yet given up on signing the Lyon striker and will once again up their offer in a bid to land the Frenchman in the January window.

I think they have a chance of getting him tbh if they're serious, his stock has plummeted this season, offer the right wages and who knows

Apparently his contract runs out 2017.

I'm assuming he doesn't want to renew since he does not seem to be exactly prospering in Simeone's system.

So if they want to cash in and reinvest, now's the time.
