Anyway, it's clear to me that the vast majority of people are going to rate Argentina higher than us on talent alone. I'm sure a lot of people would take Higuain, Aguero, Messi, Di Maria, Lavezzi and Pastore over Rooney, Bent, Young, Walcott, Downing etc.

Having said that, we do have better defenders and keepers.

Not talking only about yesterday but also about the world cup, and such they have a really amazing squad which should be better what they have showed. I just feel like they could have won yesterday if the tactics would have been more team based, instead of the solo-run tactic where Messi, Kun or Di Maria gets the ball and runs past 2 players and lose the ball. And it still blows my mind how Millito can start in the central Defense for Argentina.

That is very true! Tears on my pillow, we could have won every single tournament since 1988 (not necessarily favourites, sometimes we were, but always good contender on paper)

However, we did reach the final etc. and we have had better results in the last years.
