Gracias Saint Iker
Thank you for everything. You have won it all for the club , every trophy there to win. 25 years spent here and our club is only 113 years old. He leaves with a big hole to fill in dressing room,on the pitch and most importantly for what he meant to this institution.good luck saint iker you are the greatest goalkeeper in Real Madrid's history.
Re: Gracias Saint Iker
Not just in Real Madrid's history. He's the best and most consistent goalkeeper of the last 15 years. And this is not me talking, it's the best goalkeeper in the world award talking. 5 times. 5 freaking times. And to think that during those times he won it, Real Madrid didn't even win the CL, it speaks volume of how good he is.
Thank you San Iker. It's been an honor and a pleasure having you guarding the sticks for the best and most prestigious club in the history of the game. Farewell and Good luck!

Re: Gracias Saint Iker
Always thought he'd retire at Madrid tbh. But I guess it was time to leave. Strange decision to move to Porto though, but it's a good country and Iker can spend his final days peacefully while still winning things.

Re: Gracias Saint Iker
To be fair, days of Goalkeepers having a decent farewell is long gone. Look at what happened to Raina,Valdes,Cech,Casillas etc...Goalkeepers now days are under microscopic view.
Re: Gracias Saint Iker
a magnificent goalie in his prime, probably made more close range reactionary saves than anyone i've seen and i've seen a lot. sadly for him, doing the right thing by not speaking publicly during moments of controversy made him an easy target. good luck to him at porto, always a madridista snd a great one at that, regardless of what "journalists" write in their papers
