What did he do exactly? Befriend with a Barca player? ... the Bernabeu value my ass, Iker has fought for them for so many years and they treated him like a pair of socks that can be easily replaced and thrown away.

Thats the Club. The fans still love him. Mou tried his hardest to make him a villain. He is doing the same at Chelsea now.

Iker was basically on his last legs. It was either retire/leave gracefully or be pushed out. There would be too much drama if he was on the bench

Iker deserved his leave honestly. He betrayed the club when he showed defiance to Mou instead. I think it's obvious RM fans value their Spanish players over anyone of other nationalities. But when Iker went rogue that loyalty was tested. Today, RM hold no real clear value other than their love for their club.

You clearly have never had a real relationship with your socks imo.

Spiderman socks can't be easily replaced imo.
