Depends what they are being charged for, they do get involved in a lot of south american players. Could be something to do with third parties and what not.

It's for the exact same thing as Barca, so they're in for the same punishment. Multiple sources are reporting this directly from the RFEF so this is pretty legit.

For what it's worth, I still think the reasons behind the ban are bullshit and it's an insane rule.
