Hope it's a lifetime ban. Imagine Bale stuck in Madrid forever. Early Christmas for Freeza.

It'll be harder to get players from Madrid now.
It's going to make things interesting this summer.

Re: Madrid Clubs to receive transfer bans
So...how many other clubs are doing this?
CBarca, circa original transfer ban
Did note several times back when Barca originally got the ban that Madrid and other clubs are no doubt also doing this.
Anyway, this news isn't surprising in the least bit. Surprised it's only Madrid and Atletico though, you can expect more on the way. Barcelona was never the only one at fault, but merely the one that was punished first.

I don't want scrubs like Bale.
I want Koke. He'll be harder to get.

What's really funny is that the investigation has been going on, they've seen Barcelona get a ban for this... and they completely ignore all of that and are like "Yeah, that Odegaard kid, let's bring him in, Norway is like part of the borough of Madrid anyway, yeah?"

Hope this is true. These pricks were trying to sign ddg for the same money we paid to get him 4 years back. Now at least we can seize control of the ship and double that amount. Minimum 40 m is his current value. Pay that or eff off.
Disappointed its happening to Atleti though. Whereas for Real, Its music to my ears. Take that you Uncle bleeping Flo !

lol dont be so quick. If we are to get a ban watch us REALLY get DDG. Iker is done and we need a new goalie and DDG fits our profiles of goalie I.e. Spanish, starter in the NT (will be when Iker does the decent thing and retires gracefully).

Re: Madrid Clubs to receive transfer bans
I think our rivals should wish these rumors are untrue for their own sake. Hitting Real Madrid with a transfer ban means our board will go all out to get our transfer targets, no matter how expensive they are.
Light some candles, kneel, and pray to God these rumors are false.

To be honest Madrid’s transfers in the past 2 years never scared me anyway.
Neither James nor Bale are game beaters for you (not yet at least). So feel free and try to add Hazard or whoever Flo has in mind spending half Spain’s GDP in the process

Re: Madrid Clubs to receive transfer bans
I agree about Bale, but James? You clearly have never watched him play. The guy is a joy to watch and buying him was a masterstroke. He tore you apart during the first Clasico and had he been there in the second, the final result wouldn't have probably be the same.
As for our transfers "in the past 2 years", well, they won us 4 trophies in one calendar year including our tenth CL title, so if I were you, I'd be less skeptical.
And Hazard is not needed, nor wanted here.

yea we know that. But now because of the ban getting him cheap wont work anymore pal. You will have to cave in to our demand. You guys were trying to get him for peanuts. Now we will get what we should be getting because of this, or at least close to that amount.
LvG wont make him stay if he wish to join you, thats certain.

Re: Madrid Clubs to receive transfer bans
he's a joy for sure. Still you rely to cr or even Ramos/pepe to win games. In any case feel free to sign all the illaramedis iscos and bales of the world. There are not many areas where you will make more good than harm if you replace your players anyway. As for who is needed and who is not that's irrelevant with Madrid. Every madridista I know would rather keep di Maria to James last summerThe Demon of Carthage wrote:I agree about Bale, but James? You clearly have never watched him play. Re: Madrid Clubs to receive transfer bans
In view of last night's reports, alluding to supposed legal sources, about a future sanction against Real Madrid for possible infractions in the signing of foreign minors, the club would like to state the following:
1. That said information is completely false, as demonstrated by the fact that the Spanish Football Federation has spoken to different media outlets to refute the claims that Real Madrid is implicated in any kind of irregular activity when it comes to signing minors.
2.- Real Madrid reiterates that the club has always scrupulously adhered to the FIFA regulations, as was explained in detail in the official announcement dated 26 January 2015.
3.-Real Madrid is once again saddened by these reports, some of which are intended to cause harm, the only aim of which are to implicate the club in supposed infractions that have not been committed.
4.- At the same time, it is surprising that certain media outlets insist on connecting the latest signings with a hypothetical sanction, as there is no relationship between the signing of players and their subsequent inscription, which is what FIFA prohibits.
5.- Real Madrid reiterates once again its absolute committment to the defence, protection and the correct and healthy development of minors, which take precedence over sporting interests and, as a consquence, confirms its total support of these FIFA regulations and the club's adherence to them.

look, that statement is about as worthless as the report from cadena ser that pretty much has no legs to stand on today.
you have to wait and see if Fifa actually does something. My guess is that no ban will happen, but we will see...

Assuming he signs a new deal which he has shown no indication he would. ESPN reported his current deal ends in 2016 and as I type, we are in 2015. In all honesty, the ball is neither clubs' courts since it is at De Gea's home, possibly on his couch.

In case we're innocent, and If I were Florentino, I'd investigate this and bring to justice whoever is making up these rumors and trying so hard to do us harm.
If we're guilty, we're guilty. But if we're innocent, 'the people' responsible need to get torched, including Cadena Ser.
