I got sanchez for 15 after nasri departed for 15... They both were unsettled. But sanchez is a beast on right am.
I hate when you fine a player after him getting red carded couple of times and he hands in a transfer request... Lost sagna that way, had to buy ramos for 35 mill but sold him next season coz of wages 110,000 pwk.... I use alex now some brazilian kid... And i might sell clichy coz digne looks ready... on lb.
Im in 2016 i think and 17 yo got ta,ent of 4.5 stars.. Gaveup cesk for some kid, lets see how i do with a young team

What is it with players missing so many 1v1s?

Also been to 3 consecutive finals on my Arsenal save but lost them 2-1 to Barca, 1-0 to Lyon and 3-2 to Milan Sad

edit: has anyone ever bought Pastore and not regretted it? All he ever seems to do it lose the ball for me, he's god awful.

Pastore should play as a CM, and be a advanced playmaker. You can also use him as a AM. Pastore is excellent, pity his finishing is bad though.

Good finishers are ones with good finish stat (obviously), but composure, concentration and balance also have a lot to do with it. Tell them to learn to place their shots, too.

Of course, morale is key in this. Not so much that they are complacent.

Is there anyway to automatically apply assistant manager feedback at half time? Doing it 1 by 1 is time consuming.

That and why does it show the GK's getting the ball for goal kicks etc?

Stats should matter but I'm noticing I'm creating a lot of chances but they just weren't go in. Surely after 28 shots (10 on target) at least 1 should be in the net.

Hopefully they fix this bug in FM 2012.

1 by 1? If you hit the "assistant advice" button, it should do it all for you as always. Yeah... I always play at like 3/4 max time compression due to corners and goalkeepers getting the ball etc.

Who are you playing as and who's your main goalscorer? Sometimes they are just not in form, try putting in another player even though he may have worse stats.

Man City and I have Dzeko, Mata, Tevez, Balotelli, Benzema as main strikers. 4-3-3 with the the 3 strikers together instead of 2 wide.

Also sometimes it feels like the time is going slower (injury time too) when I'm winning (so the opposition can score) and faster when I need to score.

I just had 8 minutes injury time when it was originally set to 3 and the opposition equalised (which I knew would happen).

Ferguson time, man Laughing

I've never had success with 4-3-3 narrow... try playing them wide. Also, since I imagine you're City, new signings take a while to adapt and you can't just click right away. Performances will be much better mid season, and even better if the players spend 1-2 seasons together without any drastic tactical changes.

You are also giving every player a different role, yes?

Yeh they all have different roles. Anyway finished the first season and just signed Chiellini, Hamsik, Aguero and some youths.

Ramos rejected a contract from Real Madrid but he's like 102m.

formations help alot.....the formation i am using, i got 30 goals in one season with Neymar (bought him at West Borm Smile ) and 30 constant from RVP for 4 seasons in a row in epl only....and 27 goals from Iker Munain

Official Football Manager Thread - Page 11 Untitled

however my formation rarely keeps clean sheets unless if all Defenders are world class conced aroudn 20-30 per season....however i went 4 years unbeaten with arsenal in epl

Official Football Manager Thread - Page 11 Untitled

if anyone wants to try my formation here it is.... only thing i recommend is to move one of the strikers to AM position....and change both Wing Backs arrows to forward and one of the CM to Forward

On my 10th season with OM I lost the League for the 1st time to Lyon by just two points.
In the games that I drew/lost I always had over 25 shots and less than 5 on target scratch

The frak? Where you playing him? I have him on the left wing as a playmaker and he's doing fine... but that's insane.

Ivan Dzoni from Hajduk's youth turns into a beast, scoring at 1 goal per game each season in the HNL and is only 23.

Hey guys, a little help... I don't know if I messed something around with settings or options but now, each time before or after a game... there are no press conferences... there is no message in which makes me attend or send my assitant to go at it... however... press conference still work for example when I sign a new player.

Any help? Thanks
