No there isn't a difficulty level

That is the hardest part when buying a player and when you have a limited transfer budget it's even worse. Recently I tried to buy Neymar or Jovetic for BVB but my transfer budget was low so I couldn't afford to pay their loyalty fees and I'm stuck with Lewandowski and Barios.... for now

Yes it does, SI have mentioned a number of times you set your own difficulty with the team you decide to manage.

I think FM has a sense of humor, sometimes with the results.

Barcelona #1 in league, Atletico like 9th or something and then I hit the continue button see the results.

Atletico 5-0 Barcelona Shocked

There are some really hilarious results sometimes Very Happy

I love the game though. Currently 2nd with Villareal in my second season and 3 points behind Barcelona. Didn't expect to be doing this well as I made a helluva lot of long term signings. We'll see where I end up.

Hey by the way, will players like Fierro get better if they sit on the bench the majority of the time?

I got him playing with the U19's occasionally and I have him play a Spanish cup game here or there, but on the whole I have him on the bench the majority of the time.

I would assume like in real life that the training should make him get better and better through time and that matches while helpful aren't the whole deal, but anybody got any insight on this?

Is it good to be playing someone like Fierro a lot, even though at the moment he's a lot worse than my other strikers (Rossi and Ruben/Rondon)

If you want players to develop either give them playing time yourself or send them to one of your feeder clubs (what I usually do) to give them lots of playing time Smile

In my Linense save, I have won every trophy to win now just building up the silverware cabinet.

As a manager of France I have also won the Confeds Cup and the Euros with the World Cup coming up in less than 9 months.

I have developed Fierro into the best player in Mexico's history and Sanogo is only a World Cup win away from becoming the best ever French player in history if he isn't already.

I play a mean formation that is producing alot of good results for me atm and everything else is coming together really well.

I have also set up individual tactics for every single position and specific set piece tactics as well Smile

Seems legit to me too, ob so 19.5 not 18m. He was unhappy at Real Madrid, that's the reason why I got him cheap.

And as you can see I've arranged the Wilshere transfer for the summer for free, his contract ends with Arsenal so I got him. Also Real Madrid got Neymar and they've put Benzema on the unwanted list so his contract ends in the summer too, but he asks for 165k Euros and his agent wants 9.5m Euros but my club allows me 135k Euros and 4m Euros for his agent.

I wait for the perfect moment to buy a player not just spend my transfer budget like mad man.

Nice work Mr. Rock

I am approaching 10 years with Linense and I'v won every major trophy there is to win just have to build on them all and hopefully by the end of it all I will have more trophies than Madrid.

Also managed France to a Euro, Confeds and World Cup win. Left after the World Cup and now managing Portugal for abit more of a challenge.

Just saw this thought I should post it lmao

Won the CL for the second time(back to back winner)

And without the transfer period starting I've ended my transfers, I got:

Stevan Jovetic for 55m Euros - I know it's way too much but but Lewandowski and Barios couldn't score if their life depended on it, also got it on monthly payments

Jack Wilshere for free

So I'd be looking for this formation:

---------------------ter Stegen
der Wiel-------Subotic-----------Hummels-----------Schmelzer
-----------------Gundogan/Wilshere-------Fernandinho/Gundogan
Reus/Wilshere-------------Ozil-------------------Goetze
------------------------------Jovetic

Nice! I still have alot of work to do at this club, alot more trophies to win.

But I have devolped some very nice players. I now have the best French/Argie/USA/Mexican/Uruguay and Portugese goal scorers in history for their respective national teams.

Sanogo and Fierro are absolute beasts, but I basically play with 4 strikers in my formation and having Ronaldo come off the bench is a huge bonus despite his age. I have such a mean team atm it's basically very very easy to win, just have to keep the rotations going, rack up the trophies and hope not to choke lol
