My hope here is for Morata to score, and have a good game overall, that's the only way he'll stake a starting claim here. Even if he plays well but doesn't score I can see Llorente coming back in for a few games and for the love of God I don't want to see that again.

Haha exactly , I hope Morata has a great game so he convinces Allegri to give him more playing time on CL.

Maybe we should try and switch to a 4-3-3, or just put Coman on in general, his speed would be good in this game.

PEreyra has a great game. Pogba changed the gear in the second half, in the first one he was a pain to watch.

We left to much space in the back, 3-5-2 today was justified .

Good game, not our best game but we got the victory. Pogba and Chiellini played a good game, even though Pogba did more in the 2nd half rather than the 1st. Vidal was alright, seemed disappointed when subbed out, Pereyra was alright too, along with many other players. Evra is starting to play well too, and Padoin got them with that nice move, I think it should've been a penalty or a free kick at least. The ref wasn't that good throughout the game. Morata played well, but it seemed as though he was looking to pass to Tevez too often. He needed to get some shots off and work on some things, looks like a good player though. Allegri again decided to sub on Padoin and Pepe instead of just giving Coman some time to play.

Pogba was again excellent and won us 3 points...would be very hard hit to lose him this summer (hope not)

As for our attack I saw Tevez played too deep to be effective,that was to create space for Morata who wasn't anything special again,he is talented but so far has been unlucky and average,maybe he needs to play more like a wing-attacker and use his speed...idk but I still prefer him instead of slow Llorente,fortunately they offer different characteristics and we can rotate them depending on our opponents.

I know we were switching to a 3-5-2 for the last 30 minutes or so, but I'm pretty sure Evra can play wing back in a 3-5-2. It still doesn't change the fact he put Pepe in instead of Coman.

Good game overall! Chievo had very good away form with 2 wins and 2 draws in the last 4 away games so it's no surprise they made it difficult. Pereyra is improving slowly but still needs to pick the ball up further up the pitch and run at players! Morata will be a very good player once he has had a few more games and a chance to gel in with the team. I felt he was available a lot today however the team chose to by Pass him a lot instead of playing to him. Also Tevez is our top scorer but it pisses me off when he is too selfish, he will always shoot even at impossible angles and with 2 players blocking instead of sometimes setting up an easy chance for another player. Defence was good but Bonucci passing was shit in the first half!

I don't get this either. We are 2 goals up, our forward line is clearly lacking some spark, and instead of trying to develop our young ones (yes, Coman) Allegri subs in Pepe. WTF?

Ok it's not that I'm against it but Coman is still very young and will have his chances just like Pogba.

Hey guys, sorry totally missed the game, was spending time with my friend who came to visit mw in the UK, the bars would only put the *bleep* game of bristol west ham and I had no choice but to use the mobile app to update myself with the score. So according to your comments, we didn't play very well, morata was trying to be creative like last match and pereyra played well. pogba is pogboooom!!!! I doubt that marotta will reject a 100m euros for him... And that interview by allegri after the match, it made it seem that pogba may be sold.
