I'm loving the squad they are putting together
, one of the most highly rated spanish LB, for a fairly low price.Deal went through today

Certainly a good improvement for them in defense. They just need a few more big name players now.

They still need another CB and quality GK even if they buy some attacking talents like Toulalan or Pastore .
I wonder why they are not after Banega, would be a much better option than Toulalan. Or is Toulalan meant to be CB?

Yes i think he would. He has been playing the CL with Lyon for as long as i can remember and they arent getting closer to win it, specially now. It's not like he is a kid who doesnt know how it's like.
Also, I think he would welcome a new challenge in his career, he is at that age; MAlaga has an exciting project, and it's getting difficult for him with lyon as well.

He just signed a contract extension a few month ago, that does not sound like a person looking for a new challenge. Toulalan is very much loved by Lyon supporters, and i am sure he loves it there and likes playing with his international teammates. He has it all at Lyon and maybe CL is the only thing out of reach. If he wants to win the CL then he could go to a club with a better chance and Malaga is definitely not that.
Toulalan is 27 and i don't think at his age and experience would welcome this "exciting Malaga project."
This job seems more appropriate for the kids, not a man who has it all.

it took pelle 6 years to transform villarreal who JUST got promoted to be challenging for CL
not to mention they finished runners up in his 2nd from last season plus they went to the semifinals in cl where super depor, the invincibles and all other top teams where riding
this season, without these players he got them up from last place to a top 10 finish only in half a season
i can only imagine what this guy can do with an improved squad
id say 2 season and we will see them in top 4, mark my words

is he wanted by bigger club? waht i an saying is that the foreign experience is very tempting, even for him, and even if it's a smaller club like Malaga, because they have an exciting project he can be part of.
