Not only does Rooney on the right side of the diamond not work, it also means Herrera is dropped because he's now competing with the captain. I get the logic in playing Rooney at CM, he's a great all rounder, but it's a failed experiment. This type stuff is also for pre-season not mid-way through a season.

And We all know why herrera aint start surely by now. Its cos of rooney which in turn cos of falcao and rvp. So ander must be aware of this. The only thing of prominence hence is his happiness. Not concerned as far as he is happy and understanding of the situation and is willing to fight it out.

We have no MF.

defence.Blind.Attack.

Rooney is absolutely gash as a MF.

Unbalanced set up holding us back yet again.

Blind is too isolated in the middle. Shaw too cautious going forward. Januzaj is not playing with urgency.

Our final ball has been seriously lacking.

Di Maria being frustrating but atleast he's brave enough to take risks.

We can win this, but LVG needs to play players to their strengths.

Valencia and DDG have been very good.

I can't for the life of me see how a proper midfielder like Herrera is not getting games for us. This match is crying for someone like him who can link up play from defence to attack.

It was non-existant that 1st half.

LvG is handicapping the team before kick-off, we all know before the whistle is blown that Rooney, Adm and Januzaj will have bad games because they're out of position. That in turn hurts Falcao and RvP. Just play players in their correct positions.
