Probably started playing other sports lol, there's a much bigger percentage of brazilians at the top of various different sports now than there used to be.
Obviously football is still the king but i don't think we'll get that talent for a while, it's basically the equivalent of the HW division in boxing.

Gio Elber could have played for Germany, Jardal for Portugal, Djalminha for Spain etc. and Brasil would have just been like "meh". I don't know, I know things like this usually come to an end but Brasil, to me, always produced that sort of talent. I'm probably wrong but perception can be reality sometimes.
