Klopp's approach to CL away matches this season so far has been Moyes-esque.

Last season, only out of pure necessity and many injuries, we had to use the damned Henderson-Gini-Milner midfield trio. It was never meant to be a viable option...yet Klopp now sees it as a genuine midfield option.

It doesn't protect and it doesn't create.

If we manage to get out of the group...hope Klopp reflects on this before Knock-outs, or else we're going out to the first decent side anyways

so much you can do with 4x100 meters runners in midfield

Klopp gets annoyed when he was asked about midfield issue and says that there are no problems with his midfield at all
Either he got annoyed because he knew it or if that wa a genuine reaction, we will suffer even this season without a trophy.

Either response is understandable. Either you know your lads don't have it in 'em and you can't do anything about it, so you shield them from the media, until you can replace them, and it annoys you because you know you're not winning trophies.
Or you're of a different opinion, and the people asking you suggesting you're too stupid to come up with the obvious easy fix is annoying you.

He needs to sort out that midfield, though.

so your assuming Liverpool can fry them fish. Tbh I think Liverpool had far more chance of winning the 2 domestic cups than they have of winning the title and the champions league

Well regardless of a higher probability to win it, its third on the list and that's what we saw from the line up and apparently the performance.

I don't assume we can win Unique given all of us LFC fans bar maybe Nishy who's been a pillar of positivity but given having less competitions streamlines our season, then it definitely brings us a more smooth pedestal to the Premier League.

And FA Cup is important based on your goals. Pep has the depth and team to go deep in all competitions.

We do not.

So yes based on our goals this obsolete cup that is the stuff of dreams for Millwall or Sunderland.

So yes it is well and truly beneath us at this stage.
