They won't persist with him if ratings, revenue etc keep dropping. When they tried making Batista the face, he failed horribly and they quickly gave Cena the centre stage again.

Ambrose, Ziggler, BNB, Bray, Big Show are all there as fallback options.

I honestly can't see anyone beating Lesnar except Reigns and Ambrose to some extent.

Reigns is a super man. With Ambrose you can just play up the angle that he's the one who'll do anything to win.

There's just too much of a difference seeing Ziggler vs Lesnar or Bryan vs Lesnar.

Hopefully one day WWE scrap the notion of heels and faces like Vince said, every year you get the same 4 feuds because they can't have good vs good, bad vs bad which made sense years ago. Not now where the main face(s) get boo'd for being shoved down our throats and heels like Bray get pops

People aren't in to the generic crap anymore.

WWE officials have been afraid of hurting Bray Wyatt by having him lose to Dean Ambrose in their recent series of matches. The idea is to keep Wyatt strong in case the match with The Undertaker for WrestleMania 31 happens.

The streak ending even if it was stupid can be looked back as epic

taker dropping twice in a row just makes the whole thing nasty

And having him beat Bray does nothing for Bray, it was different when the streak was supposedly invincible, just being involved in the streak was a good rub for rasslers. Now that's over, it's a lose lose for everybody involved.

Imo out and out faces and heels shouldn't exist. The crowd decides who to cheer for and from there both can slightly alter their character to a face/heel alignment.

Also main eventers should all have complex characters. No more generic supermen faces and cowardly heels.

Cowardly heel bullshit needs to stop, it's only credible if they can actually perform with their backs to the wall. I.E have somebody chickenshit their way to a PPV, only to be forced in to a fair match and actually WIN. Shocking the crowd and gaining proper heat in the process

ATM the balance is so off, any of the top 5 faces at any given time can smash any heel to bits on RAW/Smackdown or a PPV unless there's interference. It's way too predictable. Hell when Randy unified the championships he went on to lose about 75% of his *bleep* non PPV matches. The *bleep* SUPER CHAMP, was losing to mid card faces because GOTA HAVE DAT WEAK HEEL THO

So finally got to finish TLC and boy this has to be the worst i've ever seen. Most of the matches were meh in terms of quality and predictable in terms of results. The main event was a bit better than the rest but too slow for my liking. Cena vs Rollins was meh, super Cena was meh, super Reigns mehher, and the booking was laughable. Oh well, hopefully the royal rumble makes up for this crap

On this week's episode of The Steve Austin Show, he had Jim Ross call in to promote NJPW and his fans call in to ask questions. One fan said Bray just doesn't seem to be connecting with casuals, and Steve said he enjoys the long winded soliloquies, but sometimes guys need to just go out there let us know what they're going to do. "Sometimes guys that can talk, talk too much, and their words become hollow."

Most here know I've been very vocal about this for the last few months, and it's starting to hit home with more and more people as time progresses and they continue to put Bray and Dean in these pointless segments. Some here reject the idea of straight forward bad asses because they have no depth, but guess what? It works. There's a reason a guy like Reigns who's admittedly average gets great pops for doing the bare minimum. The fans want a guy who can get the job done, not a used car salesman constantly failing to deliver. 10 minute speeches that result in nothing will just cause them to tune out.

Cliffnotes for the rest of the show are on the way.

-John Cena will likely turn heel when the rest of the roster is established(So never)
-Roman Reigns needs to work on his selling
-The Big Show/Reigns match was poorly thrown together and they don't have chemistry
-Promote NXT and The Network instead of the redundant replays
-Make the show more about pro wrestling and the entertainment will follow
-If left to their own devices, the commentators would focus more on the matches. They're being told what to do and the audio doesn't match the video
-*Fan calls in and alerts Austin about Neville's gimmick* "Did I hear you correctly, did you say Mighty Mouse? I thought they had high hopes for that kid. I would not put that kid in a Mighty Mouse outfit. That's like what they did to Sandow with the pink trunks, handing him an anvil and telling him to get over."
-If heels aren't cheating, then they're doing it wrong. The system and restrictions make it impossible to hate them.

Disagree partially. Austin wants more wrestling instead of entertainment. Problem is there's too much wrestling currently and the entertainment sucks. Just because the entertainment sucks, it doesn't mean we need MORE wrestling. No idea why the IWC seems to think that.

Regarding Bray's promos, it's fine having an over the top gimmick for the midcard, but when it comes the main event, he needs to get his point across quicker.
