Anyway, I am assuming you are talking about main rivals, so Fullham, QPR, Spurs and Arsenal.

We already got Remy from QPR, I wouldn't want anyone from Fullham or Spurs, So I'd only take Ramsey.

I don't think any Rangers player would currently improve us, which shows how bad they are. Our closest rivals in the league are probably Aberdeen and Dundee United from them I would take Pawlett and Armstrong.
