In anticipation to his move to Milan post your favourite Fernando Torres moments. I've been a fan for over 10 years now, I can't bring myself to hate him and it hurts me to see him become a complete laughing stock since he signed for us.

So hard to just pick some favourite moments. He's a big part of the reason I became a Liverpool fan and still after everything I will always have a soft spot for him. Finally I can get another kit of his when he moves to Milan though. If he can just find a bit of confidence he could be really good again as opposed to just good.

What a goal that was  Don't think I've ever loved a man so much as I did him when he was with us.

Torres going to AC Milan on a TWO-year loan is such a desperate move by all parties, Chelsea, Milan, and Torres himself. I feel a bit sorry for him. Maybe.

I mean, no disrespect to AC Milan, but he's joining a club in a slump, the spotlight won't be as bright on him as you might expect. In 2014, it's a big step-down from being a Chelsea player to being an AC Milan player.

Chelsea should be a bit embarrassed for desperately dishing out a TWO-year loan deal to get rid of their £50m flop Laughing
It's not normal to just loan out £50m players.

And AC Milan should have signed a more convincing replacement for Balotelli than loaning Torres, I mean, he's just a quick fix for them. Miracles need to happen for Torres to be there beyond these two years.

It's a desperate signing in every way, but I hope he'll do good there now that he's out of the Premier League.

Btw, this move surely means that Chelsea are in the market for another striker, yes?

I think Drogba and Costa plus Schurrle being able to play there is enough specially since they play 1 guy up front.

Don't think you can rely on a 36 year old Drogba

I'm not so sure, this is Chelsea we're talking about. Schurrle has rarely been played up top on his own and Drogba is old. I won't be one bit surprised if Chelsea sign a striker before the day turns Tuesday.

It's wishful thinking Laughing

I don't want them signing any more quality. Let's hope Maureen is thinking along the same lines as that post of mine.

If they sign Remy, I'm ok with that. Doesn't strike me with fear as much as a Chelsea striker probably should. Although it would be scary in the sense that he was very close to joining us, if he joins Chelsea and does good there, that's going to look awful on us.

Remy scored 14 in 26 for one of if not the most uncreative team in the entire country lol.

Swear some people speak about him like he's Altidore.

He'll score when he gets gametime, which won't be much anyway.

Cisse scored 13 in 14 during his first half-a-season for you. Newcastle strikers have a weird way of striking gold and then going quiet. I'm not too worried about Remy as a potential Chelsea striker, but we'll see what happens.

I'm shocked Arsenal haven't snagged Remy already to be honest. French striker, quick, nearing prime…would be a good move by Arsene.

Scored 6 in 13 for a horrid QPR side that were already down and his seasons in France as a CF were prolific.

Anyway he's a backup so I don't think he'll play an awful lot but he's better than their 3 strikers of last year.

Seeing Essien and Muntari trying to assist Torres will be such a parody ffs

I do hope what best we have in feeding goals stays as fit as possible throughout the season , Torres is going to be in dire need of players like Ses , Honda or Poli.. Definitely Montolivo when he comes back from injury .

At least if Torres can manage the poaching .. I would be happy with that. Pippo should reveal his secrets to him , maybe that was the plan all along Proud

To be fair if Torres could manage the poaching he'd still be at Chelsea.
