Yeah as you said Cotes we need to kill off the game sooner rather than later as it wouldn't be a complete surprise to see Chievo score a goal on the counter.

Coman has played in a solid manner so far, especially considering his age and inexperience, but I wouldn't say he has done amazingly. He's working really hard though and linking up well with Tevez and Lichtsteiner.

Ofcourse we will get better, but still i think that the team is pushing up a lot. They caught us on the counter 2 or 3 times.

Wasn't Tevez's best performance
Coman was bright but has alot to learn
The Midfiled was real solid...Wish Pogba took more chances to be honest though...I think he's the most accurate with his shooting in the midfield...
Pereya was bright...Wish he got a longer playing time but it's what it is

But Ogbonna & Caceres played real well
Bonucci was ok
Buffon saved us...Il Capitano!!!!

Overall a solid first match. We created chances in abundance however failed to convert them or were denied by the woodwork.

Buffon shows once again why he is the best keeper in the league saving us the blushes and handing us the 3 points.

Yeaah, ofcourse not... We don't need inforcements, but we need to stay focused and get back to defence as soon as we loose the ball. I'm very glad that we won this match. Though, i felt scared all throughout the match as we could have conceded an easy goal. Thanks to Gigi he saved us.

Tevez looked good, but his composure wasn't that good. Good plays from him though.

Enuf said about kingsley. Simpley class... Now I know why we didn't get Iturbe. It would have been a waste of money tbh. Now let's see what he can do vs Viola...

Good to see vidal back, though he needs to regain his FULL fitness.

I'm proud of Allegri because of that. Chievo are a tough oponent at home and its a really positive thing that we controlled the game at their stadium.

Allegri did great today, we combined greatly. The new thing is that we don't just use Lichtsteiner we played trough the middle.

We controlled the game easily,were a bit shaky in defense but we took the 3 points without having to spend a lot energy.
Caceres had a great game today scoring the only goal and being very solid on defense.Bon and Ogbonna proved to be enough for a dangerous opponent in counter-attacks.
Gigi did what he knows best saving us points and energies.
Midfield was solid,Vidal looks ok after injury and Pogba showed his talent.
In attack we missed a few good chances.
Tevez was ok,a bit unlucky.
Coman did great even out of his best position.He reminded me of Pogba's first games,very talented and mature for his age.
I liked the fact Allegri started him with Conte it wouldn't happend.
I think Coman's best position could be WF but he can play as striker to improve his finishing who is considered weaker compared to his other skills.
Pereyra did good for few mins he was in.Llorente always a threat from headers.
Very positive game for all players.

And some of you were doubting Buffon a year ago. Ogbonna like I said just needs time to develop, I think he's a good, strong CB with decent pace too. Caceres is very underrated in my opinion as he can play all positions in defence and still play like a top player. Marchisio was good but some of his passes were off target (this is probably because I got used to Pirlo's passing) but it seemed as though defensivley we're bettter with Marchisio in the regista role. Vidal looked good but he needs a bit more time to gain match fitness, very unlucky not to score. Pogba looks like he's growing even more. Coman was good, needs to play on the wing and pass the ball quicker/not take too long on the ball, but a very talented player he is. Licht and Asa were good. Tevez was good but needed to take more shots imo, and better finishing too.

Possession enjoyed by the visitors, a statistic only bettered once in the last ten seasons, against Cesena in December 2011 (74.5%).

That 74% possesion is simply amazing, especiallt that its against Chievo, one of the strongest teams at home. Big teams always manage to suffer in there.

Hopefuly we can show that we can control the ball against all Serie A clubs. Forza Juve!

Always said we should dominate games more than we have been

Remember 2012 in our big games even when we got good results against Milan and Napoli etc we conceded way too much possession

And in CL games against minnows we sometimes gave them too much respect

Really a midfield of Vidal Pirlo/Marchisio Pogba should not be giving up control of the game willingly
