PSG-OM at OM on April 4 is HUGE... PSG have the toughest schedule by far. So i don't think it's that farfetched that they finish 4th.

Monaco has been the best team in Ligue 1 since the beginning of November and i don't see that changing tbh. Extremely well coached team and very versatile with their squad. All the other teams have depth issues or over-reliance on star players.

PSg are still favorite imo.

PSG is still my pick for the title especially now that they finally got the lead. Experience is going to be a big factor here obviously. No one at OL ever won a title, at OM no one but Mandanda and Monaco is not a tilte contender per se but a podium contender.
Ibra, TS, David Luiz, Motta have all won titles before and they know how to win. A guy like Ibra single-handedly won titles for Inter. Lacazzette, Fekir, Michy or Ayew etc are all good PSG have got so much xp. if PSG is still n1 after their game against OM, they will be champions imo.

Moutino, Carvalho, Berbatov and Toulalan have all won multiple league titles.  The biggest thing is that Monaco has no pressure... their expectation was to get into Europa league.  So they're playing every game without the burden of expectation.

PSG, OL and OM all have the burden of expectation to contend with.

I'm telling you... i can see Monaco win this. They were in the relegation zone in October and look where they are now.

Michy Batsman looks like the real deal. Like a cross between Sturridge and Drogba. Wonder if Bielsa has enough bottle to bench him for Gignac now.

Ligue 1 is the most suspensful league right now. Very exciting

PSG is still playing in 4 competitions ( CL, 2 cups ) and has lost D.Luiz and Motta. Ibra might get suspended 4 games in Ligue 1 and Cavani's morale right now is not at best.
Very exciting end of season as well as very hard one for them.

How does a tie-breaker work in L1? H2H or goal differential? If Monaco win their next game they will have 57 points, same as OM.

The Ligue 1 ban is only for France's LFP games... not Europe. He only has a 1 game ban in Europe for the red card.

And the 4 games is deserved (likely brought down to 3 on appeal). You can't say crap like that.... and if you do, you better not get caught.

OM are losing a crucial game here .

after all the fanfare and promise shown earlier in the season, missing out on the CL would be nothing short of a colossal failure .

They have a short squad, many of their star players were out for the African cup and the president only bought players Bielsa did not want but I agree, not making the CL would be a failure.
