BTW, I agree with Napoli having the upper hand, though. BMG may have lost 1:3 to Bilbao, but this was one of the matches where the scoreline said nothing about how the match really went. ^ ^

Re: Champions League Qualifiers 2014/15
FIFA predicted that Tiki taka would fail miserably against fast, direct teams 2 years before it happened in real life. And that is a true story.

Legia's appeal apparently unsuccessful, they'll appeal to CAS.

Re: Champions League Qualifiers 2014/15
So what if teams like Arsenal, Porto, Schalke, Zenith don't qualify!!! Will their opponents in the play-off round take the place in that particular pot or teams immediately below them will move up!!!

Pots for teams are chosen by club UEFA coefficient points... nothing else... even if the team getting in went through qualifiers.

Bilbao are going to embarrass that midfield like never before. I can't believe Higgy and Callejon would accept to play with those scrubs

Re: Champions League Qualifiers 2014/15
Jorginho is a decent player and Gargano is a solid destroyer. Hamsik is Hamsik. Put Inler for Gargano and you probably have their best midfield which is pretty decent.

Re: Champions League Qualifiers 2014/15
no it's not decent it's crap. Put inler in and it wouldn't make a difference. Gargano and Jorginho are too slow and couldn't make an accurate forward pass to save their life. They leave the play making duties to Callejon who is strictly a scorer no more. Hamsik is a lazy bleep who loses the ball everytime he touches it. The only good players in that team are Insigne, Callejon, Higgy and Albiol. I fully expect Higgy to have to work with long balls all game because those midfielders are going to panick when they see how much Bilbao presses at home. Don't make me start on their fullbacks

Re: Champions League Qualifiers 2014/15
Gargano is scrub for me , he runs much , even excessively lol because he runs to miscarry , too lost motion ... but for the rest I don't rate him even as a good tackler . And his feet are awful ffs
Britos as fullback He is not even a good BC
Not so surprised about the result, so far deserved

Can't believe I watched that piss poor match. Arsenal were poor and if besiktas had more quality in attack, they would have got the win.
Giroud though: rofl:

rafa always does this
I remember when we first got Crouch, he didn't score for like 19-20 games and Rafa kept playing him. Then he score like 4 goals in 2 games and he got dropped
