Wow.  Ripping Bayern medical staff apart.  If it's true, he's right.  Direct painkilling injections are EXTREMELY dangerous and have long term health effects if abused.

He isn't ripping anyone apart. He's just whining.

yea a random frenchman dissing one of the most reputable doctors in sports.... groundbreaking. the man treats CR7, Usain Bolt, Andy Murray, Stevie G and god damn Bono - that must all be based on his magic injections.

Usain Bolt is probably not the best posterchild for anti-doping  It's a statistical impossibility to have so many top sprinters from such a small pool as Jamaica.  Everyone dopes in sprinting anyhow... it's like cycling.

Is there Medical Chief not Dr. Hanz Wohlfahrt? Because if it is he is taking on a medical kraken here with such a challenge.

I mean we studied his methods in university as such was his expertise.

He doesn't necessarily inject cortizone from what i'm reading on google... but he's into injecting pretty much everything. Apparently, he even injected honey into an injury.

He's very controversial apparently. A lot of very known people swear by him.... many don't.

Well, from what I read, Dr.Müller-Wohlfahrt is using quite some alternative stuff to better activate the body's self-healing capabilities. AFAIK some of it is not fully accepted by the school medicine, but the stuff is obviously not on the doping list (IIRC there were even investigations that didn't yield any results as some medics didn't even really understood what exactly he intends to achieve with certain substances). But even if he only works via placebo effect, it seems that he is pretty successful nonetheless. ^^

I'm German. I'm also bandwaggoning Spain because they are basically Barca + Ramos. If Argentina win it's also okay because Messi will be lifting his 5th or 6th or 7th Ballon d'Or - shit, I forgot how many Ballon d'Ors he has. And if Brazil win Nerman's marketability will make Beckham blush, which again is positive for Barca.
