Haha Xiflo
On-Topic: Gerrard, Johnson, Flanno, Sterling, Lambert, Lallana and Sturridge pretty much proving why they are England's best players.

Full time
Despite being shite defensively, Engerland were decent tonight. Move the ball better, there was some fluidity about their play.

NISHANK!!!!!
Honestly Nishy I tuned off after Cesare brought on Aquilani, Parolo etc as I just found out about the score.
Italia haven't won a game in over. 12 games now.
Tomorrow's headlines:"England ready to give Italy the blues."

None of these games tell us anything about anybody tbh
My opinions have not changed at all regarding any team in the competition over the course of these last two games.

Italy of Prandelli is this in friendly matches, it wouldn't win it even against the Goallegacy FC
In that case it would risk to lose, I add, some posters here are better than Lussemburgo's players.

With England it does to a certain extent, if Hodgson persists with two CMs then a huge gap to the next 4 like he has we will get rolled through.

Re: Pre World Cup Friendlies Thread
i do agree that friendlies are useless for some teams, specially Italy and Spain, but it matters a lot for other teams. All south americans take them seriously.England and Germany are still trying to find a starting 11 and so on

You're underrating Goal Legacy's imo, i'm sure if the admins assimilated an XI of GL posters with the best footballing abilities, they'd give last season's Dortmund a run for their money.

Re: Pre World Cup Friendlies Thread
Yeah you can see some incompetent managers decisions, no doubt. But then again he may well change it come the WC. But the main concern for all the teams in the WC right now is to stay fit.
Trying to read too much into games where 3/4 of the team is swapped out randomly and everybody is scared of getting injured is a pointless exercise.

Re: Pre World Cup Friendlies Thread
I don't think drawing against a team that hasn't won a game in 9 months is going to be spoken about for more than a Week
I scored against the mighty Ranocchia.
"Who?"
