1 league title in 6 seasons, how can we improve in the league?
2008/09 - finished 2nd.
2009/10 - finished 2nd.
2010/11 - finished 2nd.
2011/12 - champions.
2012/13 - finished 2nd.
2013/14 - finished 3rd.
Obviously it's been a mixture of things in the 5 seasons we haven't won. Injuries, lack of motivation, not winning the Clasicos and those odd 1-0 losses. This season we haven't really won convincingly against a lot of the sides when playing away.
Next season we should concentrate on the league more. Try and get the wins in the big games and we shouldn't get complacent at any point.

Re: 1 league title in 6 seasons, how can we improve in the league?
Once this obsession with la decima is put to bed I think it will alleviate the pressure on CL which will help with la liga. The past 6 seasons have been incredibly close with little to no room for error.
I don't think there is any one thing we could do to win the league. It is a long season and if there has been anything to lessen our chances this season it is fatigue and lack of focus.
Better players coming off the bench would help with that I think, but other than there is no 1 cure.

Re: 1 league title in 6 seasons, how can we improve in the league?
we have been too obsessed with the tenth to the point they think it's ok to lose the league that is right under our noses for the taking so that the could focus on the CL. Hopefully when we win that we will start focusing on getting better in the league
to start with we need to beat our direct rivals, secondly we need to be able to beat small teams awaty like we always struggle with. Osasuna are relegated so it should be a little bit easier next season
