It really depends on which Captain Marvel you mean... if you're referring to Batson or Mar Vell. The former is most probably never going to happen, as it seems unlikely that DC will ever get their shit together on the live-action front. Mar Vell may be a possibility if GotG does well enough and they want to make a move that bridges Cosmic and Earth Marvel.


I would most definitely recommend Planetary. It's one of the best series I've ever had the pleasure of reading. I really enjoyed Transmet as well but it's a bit different from the other comics we've discussed so far.

Unfortunately, the only thing I've been reading lately is case law, deposition transcripts, and legal memoranda. My little bit of time on Goal Legacy before bed is my only real down time I have during the week other than dinner with my wife.

We desperately need to hire a new associate attorney.

Not a big fan of Guy, personally. Of the Earth Lanterns my favourite is definitely Hal, at least when he's written well.  I do like Kyle though.

I've never been a fan of GL outfits that feature white on large portions. My favourite outfits have to be Hal's Red Son costume (1) and Kyle's second Ion outift (2).
Though I do like Hal's standard design as well.

Pretty much the who would win: Superman or Hulk, in reality it would really depend on a lot of variables, but if we are talking max vs. max then it's likely Hulk would win. I think the downfall is that Thor enjoys a fight and as such would hold back early which is unwise against Hulk who would get stronger and stronger exponentially as the fight goes on, and Superman the boyscout would be unwilling to kill Hulk early on which would result in his eventual death.

Again, this could all change depending on which iterations of each character we are using...

How do you think this movie will be? It's eerily reminding me of Spiderman 3 with three villains (Green Goblin, Electro, Rhino).

Hulk, especially since world war hulk arc. His base strength went from 70+ tonnes to 100+ tonnes. Plus he gets stronger the angrier he gets.
