But ronaldo assisted jeses only goal last game and they play on opposite wings.

3 games ain't too bad. And fortunately our schedule isn't the toughest it could be.

well, he wrote a wrong report, and then he had to change it. he messed it up so not surprising he gets punished for such a high profile suspension.

Well he changed it from slapping Gurpegui to head butting Ittturaspe both are red card offences. but then again I suppose you can't change your report from your initial one. I hope it's because of that and not because he gave ronaldo a red

Btw it's a 1 match ban for the red card offense and 2 match ban for badmouthing the ref on his way off the pitch. Both are the minimum amounts for each penalty (don't ask me why in Spain a red card offense is better than insulting the ref Laughing

) . So CR actually only got the minimum penalty possible.

Badmouthing investigation was done post game and it was directed at the fourth official and not that referee

it must have been for previous poor performances that accumulated and was handed a ban now. Remember the guy that reffed the Barca v Sevilla game who was suspended because he had previous poor performances most notably in the valencia bilbao game and not because that performance alone

how is it a joke? the ref made an administrative error in a high profile suspension case that caused embarrassment for la liga ref committee. He was duly punished.

Meanwhile, CR sanction has been confirmed, and he will serve a 3 game ban.
