Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
I hope it isn't truth , they might make a great market
Vidal is the only irreplaceable imo.
70 is insane . FFP would improve things but it seems worse than before

Not sure why Napoli are going after Gonalons after already getting Jorginho.

Well, they need a quality DM.Dzemailli is just a substitute,Behrami is out for a while ,while Inler and Jorginho are predominantly B2B CM's(with Jorginho able to play AM as well),so i can understand their line of thought. They need more quality depth in midfield as well.
Gonalons would instantly bring quality to their midfield.
Although i wont be surprised if they sell Inler in the summer.

Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
Napoli wants 2 midfielders, they want to renew the midifeld
players as Inler left Napoli soon
Jorginho and Gonalons are 2 players with different characteristics infact ... Jorginho will be the main antagonist of Verratti as regista of Nazionale ... clearly Verratti is highest step but Jorginho can't be underrated .. I don't understand why Verona gave him away for 5 mln of half now , they could increase the price with this market if he remained another year...

Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
Yeah, Gonalons would go in the holding midfield pivot with Jorginho. Hamsik plays in front of them. However, this means that Napoli is going to have to sell some of the other midfielders. I would easily take Inler at Milan. He's much better than Behrami or Dzemaili and for some reason Benitez doesn't like him.

Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
simply injuried
yesterday an agent Fifa (Luca Vargiu) was talking about the Napoli market and he said " there is Manchester United on him"
then he continued to say Napoli had to take Skrtel because he is much better than Vertonghen and I understood he was drunk thereafter
Therefore there is nothing on him , he will stay

Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
personally I prefer Behrami . He is essential and he always does his job well, it is one of the best recovery of balls of Serie A.Forza wrote:Yeah, Gonalons would go in the holding midfield pivot with Jorginho. I am a his admirer. for me Inler is the typical midfielder who wants do all but but in the end he does not combine much. Anyway I think he left surely, or now or this summer .. Jorginho will be his replacement probably. Inler is not regista but he was taken also to improve the fluidity of the game ... very intermittent
infact Napoli fans don't want to see still him to Napoli , in these days they are insulting him on his Facebook page to say him to go away from Napoli immediately

Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
Inler is not a top-calibre midfielder because he is inconsistent. But for Milan, he would be a good addition as long as he doesn't cost much. He is also quite versatile. He can play as a holding midfielder or further forward. Better than Nocerino, Birsa and Robinho IMO. Still, our priority needs to be getting a CB.Robespierre wrote:personally I prefer Behrami . yes , that is true, he would be useful both Milan and Inter.
but these two clubs are united by one thing : to hate the midfield.

Long gone are the days when our midfield diamond consisted of Seedorf, Pirlo, Gattuso and Kaka. Not even the great Rui Costa could get a start in that midfield.Robespierre wrote:yes , that is true, he would be useful both Milan and Inter.

Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
"It looks very unlikely. It is 23 January today and at the moment I must say we are not close to doing anything.
"I feel a bit guilty always going to a press conference during the transfer market and having nobody to announce (as a signing) but I don't want to lie.
"We have Chamberlain back, Bendtner back and I hope next week Arteta and Ramsey back, so I feel overall we have the squad needed. We have Yaya Sanogo coming back into the squad next week as well.
"Overall we have a very strong squad if something exceptional turns up we will do it but having said that not everybody will strengthen. They buy, but buy does not always mean strengthen."
Sanogo to step up?

AS
Iker Casillas wrote:"Of course I see myself at Madrid next year."
"What I have to do is focus on myself. We're in all three competitions. Last season we had a very difficult time. Now I hope to get to April with our fate in our hands on all fronts.
"Even I'm bored talking about my situation now. People should just enjoy the players in the team, those who the coach picks in each competition and on each matchday, and that's that.
"What I have to do is train as well as possible, firstly for myself and then for the team.
"And I have to enjoy myself when I play, because it's a pleasure."

Re: 2013/14 Winter Transfer Rumours Mk. III
Thomas Muller has made it clear that he sees no reason to leave Bayern Munich for Real Madrid amid reports linking him with a move to the Spanish giants.
The Santiago Bernabeu side are rumoured to be considering a swoop for the 24-year-old at the end of the season, but while Muller admits it can be flattering to hear of interest from foreign sides, he maintains he is happy with life at the Allianz Arena.
"Real Madrid? There has been a lot of speculation about my future in the past few weeks, months and even years. We have all seen what has come from those rumours so far," Muller told AZ.
"It's not a bad feeling when you hear about interest from abroad.
"However, at the moment there is absolutely no reason for me to leave Bayern Munich for another club."
