ddg has injured his finger while on NT duty and probably will miss the Arsenal game.

Blind tore a knee ligament and is said to be out for 4-6 weeks.

Close to writing this season off honestly. This is just beyond ridiculous now. We'll never get close to playing our best team for a run of games due to the horrific injury crisis we keep getting week in week out. One player back, another gets injured. What's with this bad luck??

Carrick said he should be back for Arsenal, and Rafael and Falcao are back in training. So we should be fine for now. But this is so annoying, the non injury prone players getting injured. I really thought Blind would be one of the few to avoid the curse, but then we went ahead and played him CB and we know what happens to our CBs.

Now this is getting beyond natural.

Not so much concerned about the Arsenal match since in a match like that I can see someone or the other stepping up, may be we can play McNair in the DM role if carrick too aint available or Jones.
Instead its the matches after that that worries me. Blindy has been doing his job quietly yet effectively so far for us on a consistent basis. So its against the other teams, smaller ones and mid table ones we are gonna suffer. I dont trust carrick anymore and Fletcher well he is fletcher. One game huge and other game utter crap wont do. So this is going to be 1 huge blow.

Over 50 injuries so far this season. And we've just reached half of the season.

forget adding new signings (which is a must in itself), they'll get injured too by the looks of things. Something is seriously wrong with our training methods. Needs to be looked at asap because I've never seen a team get hit with this much injuries in a season.

It needs to be checked out, Van Gaal's excuse is he's never had this type of injury crisis, but there was a time a long time ago when Arsenal's players didn't drop like flies either.

So its hard to draw conclusions right now and predict whats exactly going on.

Him, Rooney and Fletcher I think, but the rest of the squad has picked up an injury at some point. That is incredible. If it was unlucky it would have stopped by now.
