Benzema v Higuain

and btw whats with this benzemas asissts more, Higuain has one less asisst than him in the league and alot more goals despite playing less mins...... so what more does Benzema offer again???

Higuain scores so much because:
1. The game is already dead.

2. He comes on as a fresh substitute.

3. The opponents are already chasing the game and there is more space to exploit. (also sometimes the reason why Madrid have those big wins).

But that's not taking anything away from Higuain...he has scored important goals.

Benzema is infinitely more well rounded a striker, though.

1. Since Benzema has got here Higuain has won us more points directly related to his goals.

Never said it was always the case.

And yes, when you come on as a sub, it does make a massive difference when you are playing against players who just ran 8 km and their thighs are burning but yours are fresh.

1) Higuains goal have come at times we have needed goals
2) he has scored most(98%) of his goals when he starts
3) he has scored when teams have parked the bus, and helped us win countless of games we are destined to lose, not only this season but last season as well and the one with Pelle

with all due respect to Benz, other than scoring against Barca he hasnt really helped us win any tough game this season

I find Benzema to be so much better at contributing to the build up that I believe Madrid benefit just by virtue of him playing well.

Benzema doesn't always score, but I have OFTEN seen him start the goal scoring move.

That goal started with DiMaria's pass to Benzema and then a pass anyone couldve made to Ronaldo, Ozil passes the ball to DiMaria but it accidentally lands to Benz who tries a poor shot

He also had a 1v1 which he completely fluffed, Higuain with that ball and it wouldve been in

lmao if that was Higuain, you would be raving about his ability to also make pin point assists, and then you would have talked about his madridista heart staying focused and crossing the ball beautifully to the second post, because he crossed, he didnt shot.

1v1 when you have 20 more yards to the goal and a defender on your side, is not a 1v1 lmao. Higuain had that chance against Moscow and he fluffed it.
