Juventus-Adidas from 2015?
Italian champions Juventus could join forces with Adidas from the summer of 2015, reports Tuttosport.
The Bianconeri’s current kit suppliers are Nike, but that contract is set to expire at the end of the 2014-15 campaign and may not be renewed.
As a result, the Old Lady are being linked with a possible agreement with the German sportswear giants.

Nike are said to be apparently focusing on Roma and Inter.
Perhaps money is an issue why these Adidas rumors have cropped up in the first place.

From a business standpoint, what the hell would Nike gain from losing the most marketable club in Italy in favour of persuing mid-table teams?

Good question. Maybe we should call Phil Knight and ask him...Tomwin Lannister wrote:From a business standpoint, what the hell would Nike gain from losing the most marketable club in Italy in favour of persuing mid-table teams?

I dont know how his works but lets not forget Nike sponsor plenty of teams including the top ones who have been very successful for a long period.
For all we know they could be pushing for a renewal too and us not satisfied by their offer or something who knows, just speculating here.

I have never been a fan of adidas jerseys. They feel the need to put their three stripes on just about every shirt. It's ridiculous and unoriginal to me. Nike makes classy shirts that are unique. I think our shirts have been great recently.

I do not like Adidas at all but it's not like I have achoice, i will buy them too
I don't like the stripes
that being said the milan shirts have been beautiful
i would have like kappa or puma to make juve shirts but that is not possible

Yeah our tops have been great recently but if Nike are refusing to pay us as much as clubs who have a lot less going for them, then *bleep* Nike. And take the extra money.

I'm sure Nike will pay up. The contract still has two years on it. I think we're just upset that Inter is getting more with their new contract. When it comes time to renew, I feel pretty confident that Nike will pay.
