Bale vs Di maria

I think most people have taken it for granted that Bale is better simply because of the price tag. But is it possible for di maria to relegate him to the bench? Is it going to be a fair competition give that madrid would like their mega expensive super star to play?

Although Di Maria's decision making is poor, he's a better dribbler, a better passer and more creative. Bale is better at shooting and goalscoring.

Not really a fan of either player, however on form I'd go with Di Maria. He offers more. If Bale scored more goals, then I'd go with him.

to be honest for me the best thing di maria has right now for him is that he is more adept at playing right wing. Also the work rate, but that can be done by bale too if he wants to.

Di maria for me is technically better to, but i don't know how important that is going to be if Madrid plays counter attack as i'm pretty sure they'll end up doing.

Di Maria is not a better passer, he has a better final pass. His short passing is below average. Bale is better for me. Di Maria is a better dribbler, but Bale is way more intelligent, better physically, way better shooter and finisher, and better tactically. Not to mention his ability to win games on his own.

Let's wait until November to answer this one... way to early to tell.

Bale was instrumental in the 4th and 5th goals last night while Di Maria set up the first and third.

Bale is a natural scorer while Di Maria is more of a winger.

Nice problem to have tbh. You can pick and choose depending the opponent/flow of the game.
