Unlike Torres Eto'o is still in peak physical condition. He hasn't suffered multiple injuries in his career and he's actually logged in less accumulated minutes in his career than Torres despite the latter being 4 years younger.

1 year deal, £130k p/w and a free transfer. 37 goals and 15 assists only 2 years ago.

Arguably the signing of the season when you consider the absurd fees players have been going for this window.

I want to see how Mou handles this one.

Eto'o's best trait outside of his pace and work rate was his incredible off the ball movement.

I really doubt he's lost that, he'll make Chelsea massive contenders.

It was only two years ago when he scored 36 goals and 15 assists in one season for a poor Inter side under transition after Mou left.

Because he's been playing in Russia surrounded by so much shit he's had to play in midfield ( lolz) doesn't mean he's suddenly crap.

Don't be surprised if he hits 20+.

They played two legs against us and he was the only one who looked like doing anything.

And this was from playing as a 10 their midfield was so garbage he had to become the playmaker, creator and goalscorer

He's still quick, he's still got good movement.... playing week in week out with a team full of creators behind him i struggle to see a scenario where he fails tbh.
