Why would we want Dembele for Modric? Dembele is better than Modric.

I still prefer Di Maria and Coentrao as it addresses our only remaining weaknesses if we sign Soldado. If we get a decent prospect at center forward who is competent enough to provide cover for Soldado then I would say we've probably had the most effective transfer window of any of the premier league clubs along with City, Liverpool, and possibly Swansea.

Did Remy not reject ye for QPR not so long ago?

Even if Remy did though if you combine the fact that QPR are back in the championship + No major club will want him with all these rape allegations flying about, Newcastle will be looking pretty damn attractive to him.

Viktor Fischer for less than 7m would be an absolute bargain. But there's no way there's truth to that rumor.
