Don't believe this rumour for a second. Maybe they bumped his contract up a little bit, but no way did they give him 30M straight up to convince him to come to Barca.

I never believed about getting neymar until it was official as well I won't believe in a price until it's official or appear in Barça's accounts, which are public and can be checked yearly.
