Re: Sir Alex Ferguson retires as the Manchester United manager
I personally hate Fergie, i think he's a horrible human being who often lacked class.
But i do respect him and consider him the best manager i have ever seen despite what i feel personally about him you can't argue with the results.
The PL will miss him even if people deny it will be a strange place without Fergie there to rant about something randomly.
Won't be long till Wenger packs it in either, then it will truly be an end of an era.

When this happens, cant help but feel like I aint going to be watching the league as much. No real logical reason but its just the way it is to me.

Graeme Bailey @GraemeBailey
Press Association reporting that 'senior sources' have told them that Jose Mourinho will NOT be the next Manchester United manager.
Moyes clear frontrunner.

Re: Sir Alex Ferguson retires as the Manchester United manager
Mou is smart he's going to wait till Fergie's successor fails then take over United as their new saviour
In the meanwhile he'll stay at Madrid for another season.

Can't imagine the club or the prem without him. We'll never see a reign like his again.

EDIT: David Gill: "Ferguson's successor must have 'requisite football experience in terms of domestic & European experience.'"

Liverpool Echo's Everton man:
Greg O'Keeffe @GregOK
Increasingly hearing that David Moyes WILL leave #EFC to succeed Alex Ferguson at #MUFC in the summer
It looks like Moyes is the one but how much experience does he have in Europe?
inb4 Wenger

Re: Sir Alex Ferguson retires as the Manchester United manager
I am told that an announcement will be made before the weekend. And while Jose Mourinho's latest posturing suggests he could swap Madrid for Manchester, the smart money seems to be on Everton manager David Moyes.
United want a manager who understands United's special tradition and place in the game. A manager who has a track record in developing young players. And a manager who has a commitment to playing attractive, attacking football.
Those qualities would all point to Moyes."

Interesting. Now he's likely to go to Man Utd, Moyes is suddenly well-known for this style of football. News to me.

Re: Sir Alex Ferguson retires as the Manchester United manager
Its something along the lines.
any way the point is ,if it was any other club mou wouldnt have said that.
Imagine mou saying this after game against Barca ...He wants the MANU job and was sucking SAF's d*** with that comment.
