The player that is likely to be sacrificed is Marin. Moses won't be since he is considered home grown and we need him in the squad right?

I honestly don't know much about Schurrle but seeing that he is being valued around 20mil, I'm assuming he isn't the type of player we'd leave on the bench.

So question is, where does he play? And does he start?

Ruling him out of starting at CF seems safe since we all agree he isn't ideally someone who'd lead the attack so that leaves him in the midfield trio.

If that's the case and we stick with the 4-2-3-1, between OscHazMat, Oscar is the one that would most likely be replaced, or rather have his position switched.

This would mean that Oscar would have to play as a DLP of sort.

I would suggest a move back to the 4-3-3 to make the best out of the players we have:

I've made it clear that I don't want to see Mikel playing for us anymore so I've replaced him with Romeu, who can actually run.

Choice of subs could include Kevin De Bryune for Oscar, Ramires for Oscar or Schurlle (if need be), Moses, Lukaku

That lineup is way to attacking and due to the amount of games Hazard and Mata have played this season. Depth is needed, Schurrle will bring that.

Also, I play CB or LB. Perhaps we could acutally form a team.

Precisely. Teams would walk through that midfield with ease. Plus they're being played badly out of position.

I think it's more an issue, as you said, of depth. Just because we have OscHazMat for the 3 spots in the team doesn't mean we don't need anymore players there, peeps....
It's called depth - something we have precious little of and is the reason we've crashed out of every competition we were in this season bar 1 and are 22 points behind in the League. One game 1 group of 3 will start, the next another will, and so on and so on. Add Moses into this as well and you can see where the club are going. Good transfer in my opinion, especially if he really is as good as people say he is.

The other thing is, He is young, We can easily sell him for a similar value if he continues to play well with us.

Long story, and I'm studying (attempting to anyway Razz ) while posting atm so I'll have to tell you all about it some other time Laughing . What I will say though is "soccer" is probably the last sport American boys want to play as it's considered "girly" and soft. In fact, the school I attended from age 5-15 - a Private Catholic school, albeit - didn't even have a Soccer team, for boys OR girls, just to give you some idea of how the sport is viewed here in America...
