However it did look like he slipped a bit.
The only slipping he did was on Luiz's ass

im not defending aguero in any way it was wrong to do what he did, but im just pointing out that luiz is not the innocent little lamb he seems to be.

Aguero will face no action say the FA
Can't say i'm surprised after the Haidara debacle what shocks me is the amount of people that thought they would do something
They have shown time and time again how incompetent they are.

Hardly surprising, the FA can't do anything retroactively about it if the referee says he saw it, which he probably did considering he called a foul immediately before it.Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Aguero will face no action say the FA

Re: Aguero and Chris Foy
It follows confirmation referee Chris Foy saw at least part of the incident and acted on it during the match.
Come on, seriously... If the referee sees it, he has to send off Aguero. If he doesn't see it or sees just part of it that doesn't look to him too bad, a retrospective punishment must be handed. A really laughable decision to let Aguero off the hook.

Re: Aguero and Chris Foy
I like aguero. He lost his temper and he deserves to be punished for it. But I'm not gonna act like he is some sort of criminal like some people in this forum.
Sometimes you loose it. It happens to all of us. that's why players get banned. To learn not to do it again.

He's not getting punished for it though....
The message here clearly is if you don't get caught its not against the rules

Football is a beautiful game, these di**s ruin the game, for everyone!
Nope your not overreacting at all. I take it you never saw a premier league game in the 90's because you would probably cry yourself to sleep with how brutal the game was.
I think this forum is too fragile for this sport I recomend ballet to you folks. It is pretty easy on the eyes and there is no violent conduct at all.

Re: Aguero and Chris Foy
It actually scares me the lengths they'll go to to stop one of their refferees from looking like an idiot and cover it up instead of taking action on dangerous play.
What this tells me (And the other incidents) is that they don't care about dangerous play enough to admitt that the human reffs aren't always 100% right.
WTF kind of rule is that? What benefit does it have? Absolutely stupendous. Put me in charge of the FA. Infact, i'm convinced the FA consists of a room full of idiots who spell out random sentences with alphabetti *bleep* spaghetti and pass it off as a rule.

Re: Aguero and Chris Foy
I think the FA is making a serious mistake and Aguero should be punished. That being said, does anyone here really think Aguero will do these on a weekly basis because he wasn't fined? He doesn't have the temperament of a Pepe, he lost his cool once, doesn't indicate that he will do it again.
I hope he apologizes to Luiz, although we'll probably never know because south americans prefer to apologize in private than in public.

Haha tbh it describes a lot of things well, especially this season

Nah not really but an example needs to be set regardless, i really hope an overhaul of proceedings happens over the summer.
These rules are getting stupid now.

I doubt he would BC but it's no good letting people off because they might not do it again. Fact is he needs punished for being a dick and the same applies outside of football.

Re: Aguero and Chris Foy
Aguero was a nastiness in La Liga but only when it comes to diving and of that sort. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen Aguero lash out like that which begs the question (to me) as to what exactly did Luiz do or tell him.
Also, FA has really lost the plot...

Re: Aguero and Chris Foy
So if I stamp on a player's head and the ref "partially" sees the "incident" and doesn't have the balls to deal with it properly that's ok?
