He almost cant defend for sh*t but offensively this guy has been amazing all season, probably the best offensive full back in the premier league alongside leighton baines . He is skillfull and technical very decent . I think he is massively underrated .

He has been consistently good going forward, but Rafael has been just as good as him and Zabaleta has been better than both and is solid defensively.

Doesn't warrant appreciation. :coffee:

He's been one of our more "flat" players in the last couple of months. He's too fatigue to play right now.

Guy has had to carry the whole right hand side by himself. Aka has had to defend AND attack. He's also had to cover Enrique when needed.

Also, this "he can't defend" bullshit seems to be coming back... lol
The only time he's only ever beaten is when the ball is in the air. I'm sure if we get a defensive coach at the club that'll change.

He spends WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much time trying to run forward and leaves Jenna Jameson vagina sized holes in the defence. He's been at fault for a ridiculous amount of Liverpool's conceded goals this season.

No he hasn't.

He's probably given away 3-4 goals in the last month. Before this month, the only mistake that led to a goal was against Arsenal at Anfield. He's probably been our best defender for the season before March. The likes of Agger, Gerrard and Reina have been at fault more.

The guy's covered the most ground in a Liverpool shirt. He's had to do his own role AND Downing's role. He'll be much better next season when he was somebody that is an actual threat in the final third and he doesn't waste his energy trying to make something happen on every opportunity the ball is on the right hand side.
