Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
Heard he has a degree or something like that in Accounting, in case his footballing career doesn't work out (which seems to be the case)Amar wrote:No one can blame him for staying, he has to earn a living somehow...
But its just really sad...he has so much talent in the midfield and imo would have been recognized as a top PL CM if he just held out for a whole season.
I hope we get to see him on the pitch again for another team cause so much talent shouldn't be thrown to waste. He's still relatively young and if he took out 2 years to fully focus on his fitness, he could still have a great career.
Juz saying.

He only retired after last season...and even before that how could someone not know one of the most talented CB's in the last decade. Shame about his injuries though.

Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
Why is he so injury prone? Obviously something he is doing is not working, such as overtraining, etc
Robben used to get injured every day, now his injuries have been reduced quite a bit

Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
Some shithead broke his ankle when he was 19. Since then he has had about 20 surgeries on that leg. Primary cause of his injury prone-ness

Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
A pitty, good player.
I don't understand why Arsenal treats their players so badly when it comes to injuries. Nowhere in the world players injure so much and suffer as many setbacks as in Arsenal.
They should learn to treat their fragile players with care, specific plans, etc.
Worried for Wilshere.

Arsenal is responsible for people like Ryan Shawcross and Dan Smith and their tackles?
I fail to see your point.
Its a sport. Injuries happen. Deal with it. Demonizing what is among England's best medical & rehab facilities doesn't help.

Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
i've always supported him and I will keep doing so . While being always injured , as soon as he was fit he could have started.
Deschamps said it perfectly ; '' When diaby is fit , he is a starter ''
He would have been a better player than Cabaye , Matuidi ...
Really , i feel for him . It must be really hard mentally. He should take a break even if it's fore 1 or 2 years . Take some holidays while recovering . then take his time instead of trying to come back asap. he is 26 , even if he come back at 28 , it's ok

He should not play this year, get strong and give it a go next year. One of the best midfielders in the world, sad he never got the chance.REWB wrote:seriously when is he coming back?

Wenger is just playing mind games, Diaby is his secret weapon, its too early to unleash him. I think FA cup final is where Diaby will be let loose... and make his way to the World Cup.

Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
He needs another reserve appearance. He hasn't played in a year.
Hopefully he can get some minutes in our last two games.

Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
I think its better not to rush him in competitive games so he can have a good pre season.

Re: Diaby Out.... AGAIN.
If it meant waiting another 6 months to have him back permanently, ie no significant injuries anymore, then I'd take that. His contract is up next season. Sadly, if he can't stay fit from now until then then it would be best for him to move on.

Knowing how things go with us, he'll have a monster start to the season, sign a bumper deal for 4 years after Boxing Day, injured on Jan 1 and out for 3 more years.

Or ...
Have the best season ever without injuries and leave for free to a rival club and never get injured again.

Don't think his setback is too serious as he's still in training.
