I think Bale's style is starting to look very similar to Kakás style when he was in his prime and still had that godly speed.

And of course he is better than Walcott, even before he went on this superb run I would have said the same. Hell, even a couple of seasons ago I would have said the same.

PS: Bale is a very Mourinho-type player, I'm sure he'd love to have him in Madrid. He's quick, can shoot and is athletic. An absolute joy for any counter-attacking team.

Nah lol you are being too harsh. It's all fun to laugh at his freekicks and all but his long shots are probably one of the best in the world. Power, accuracy and technique all in one. Won't be surprised if he has the most amount of long range goals in the past few seasons

I'd put more faith in a Bale shot than a Ronaldo shot.

That's not true though. They'll get shit loads for him and AVB isn't stupid in the market. They'll easily replace him and they'll improve the squad greater no doubt. Look how they benefited from selling Modric. He was getting the same amount of hype as Bale was. How's he settling in Spain?

I honestly just don't see why RM needs Bale. Ronaldo is twice the player of Bale. They play in the same position. There's no point spending 40 odd mil on a player that's going to be back-up unless you move Ronaldo to a striking role. Which is stupid because there's no point changing something that isn't broken.

And even if you want to play Bale as a fullback, I'd argue Marcelo is better than him too. It'd be a stupid signing all round. He's a good player but he's far from what Madrid needs.
