Re: Manchester United vs Real Madrid discussion
Ferguson is such a sore loser. You're gone. You're out. End of story. It was a reasonable call and it went against you. Too bad. In my books, that makes 1 unfavourable call in 26 years for Man U. Deal with it. And the whole Barca brigade should keep quiet too. Xavi is a great player, but he is also a great whinger. He should worry about his own team. At the end of this saga, I think Cuneyt Cakir will have a greatly enhanced reputation in the minds of all fans, bar those of Man U and Barca.
Lastly, Collina is the boss.

Re: Manchester United vs Real Madrid discussion
Just watched the 2nd half again and but boy this must be one of the most biased commentary i've ever heard.(I dint pay much attention to the commentary at the time of the game in the heat of the incidents and all).
Especially at Rafael's handball incident. It shows a clear handball on the replay and in slow motion and guess what the idiot Niall Quinn says : "Absolutely Fantastic play by Rafael".. I mean WTF.Martin Tyler doesnt even mention the handball and worse yet just a few minutes later he joins in with the shouts from the crowd for a handball call on a Madrid player when it wasnt even the case. This is not patriotism this is just straight up retarded from both of them really.
The more i watch this game and think of all the decisions that took place during the course of the game, the more i believe it was a fair result in the end.(Note that Madrid were terrible as well up until the sending off but it was nothing 'undeserved' or anything. They had their fair share of calls go against them too.United have themselves to blame for completely switching off after the red card incident.End of.)

Karanka "It's strange that the ones that had no doubt on Pepe's expulsion now cast doubts over Nani's one"
Hmm Before people says that Pepe's had intent - it was below the waist, and video footage shows that Nani knew Arbeloa was there aswell. If Pepe's was a red card, then so is Nani's.

Re: Manchester United vs Real Madrid discussion
If there were any Madrid players who apologised it was probably out of respect (and to get him to stop whining)
As for Xavi well the guy's mouth is bigger than his talent. Straight up one of the most annoying hypocrite mofos ever.
