Manchester City vs Liverpool
3rd Feb Sunday 4 pm BST
Etihad Stadium
Manchester City are hopeful Matija Nastasic, who was only fit enough for the bench in midweek, will recover from a knee problem in time to start. Captain Vincent Kompany may be out for a further three weeks, but Maicon and Micah Richards both hope to return from injury this month.
Liverpool's new signing Philippe Coutinho will not feature on Sunday. Pepe Reina, Glen Johnson and Jose Enrique all returned from injury at Arsenal and should keep their places.
MATCH FACTS (BBC)
Head-to-head
Manchester City have won only two of their last 17 league and cup games against Liverpool (W2, D8, L7).
However, Liverpool have failed to score in their last three Premier League games at the Etihad Stadium.
Manchester City
City won 59% of Premier League games in which Mario Balotelli featured, compared to 69% when he was not selected.
They have kept four successive clean sheets in league matches, equalling their longest run of shut-outs in the Premier League.
Carlos Tevez has failed to score in his last eight league games.
They have scored 18 fewer league goals than at this stage last season.
Liverpool
They have scored in their last 11 league matches - their best run since an 18-match streak between January and May 2011.
Brendan Rodgers' side have failed to win any of the eight league games in which they conceded the opening goal this season (D3, L5).
Opta statistics show that Liverpool are the most accurate long passers in this season's Premier League, successfully completing 69% of passes that travelled 25 yards or more.

It'll be a draw or Liverpool will narrowly win.

Re: Manchester City vs Liverpool
Fantastic game to watch.
Man city were poor for majority of the game though. Liverpool's gameplan was spot on. Without Kompany, there was no leadership for City at the back and without yaya there was no steel in midfield.
Garcia is a very poor and limited player. Milner and barry had decent games.
Aguero's goal was outstanding.
