Moussa Sissoko
1 assist and 2 goals in 2 games and absolutely raped Ashley Cole among many other things.

I don't watch Toulouse so I won't act like I know better, but I thought he was a high energy destroyer-like player, and that's what Newcastle was getting. He's playing a #10 role more than anything and killing it Someone educate me.

He was that kind of player in Ligue 1 . It may have something with EPL's tactics ...

Re: Moussa Sissoko
No... he was B2B player at Toulouse. Capoue is the DM. He played on the right side and provided support for Aurier. He's playing a lot more centrally with Newcastle. With Tabanou, Capoue and Ben Yader, he wasn't allowed to play centrally with Toulouse.

Kind of a Yaya type transformation, Yaya never played this close to goal before he joined City either.
Seems to be thing in England of playing these players behind the striker, Fellaini is used in a similar role too.

Re: Moussa Sissoko
DM's/B2B's becoming beasts behind the striker in EPL.
Benzema would be transformed into a beast player behind the striker in the EPL

Re: Moussa Sissoko
Congrats to Newcastle. You got yourself your own Yaya Toure and for mere peanuts, too. I'm confident it will be a massive success, although, with the money spent on him you can't go very wrong.

Starting for France tonight and this is his second start over players like Matuidi(Switzerland) and Kante (Iceland).

Re: Moussa Sissoko
Okay can we agree that he was France's best Midfielder tonight? The right side of France is a wall with him tracking back and countering
While Pogba/Matuidi and Evra side is where Germany had all their success attacking.
Wouldn't mind having him at City. Replace Yaya and would be fine with him only showing up in big games

Re: Moussa Sissoko
If you think he's going to replicate that every week you are in for a rude awakening lol.
He's fine when he has space to run into but most big teams won't get it as they'll face Park the bus teams every week.
Not to mention his end product is crap and trust me any team that buys him will find that out very quickly.
There's a reason that I don't give two shits if he goes and we are in the championship lol.
