Miroslav Klose will miss Lazio's Coppa Italia semi-final first-leg against Juventus on Tuesday.

The German striker was left out of the Biancocelesti's squad for their match against Palermo on Saturday after picking up a muscular problem, and Vladimir Petkovic has decided to keep the 34-year-old on the sidelines for the Coppa clash.

Full squad: Marchetti, Bizzarri, Carrizo; Biava, Cavanda, Radu, Scaloni, Zauri, Ciani; Cana, Ledesma, Mauri, Candreva, Lulic, Gonzalez, Brocchi, Hernanes; Floccari, Kozak, Rozzi.
