The 12/13 Prediction Thread - NEW

Since Kick has decided to take a sabbatical a la Pep and will be unable to oversee the Predictions upkeep, I've volunteered to take up the work myself until he returns. We'll use this new thread until then, as I of course can't update the original post containing the leaderboard on the regular thread every match as I'm not allowed to edit it of course.

Rules are the same, you know the drill. 1 point for each correct goalscorer - 2 maximum, 3 points for correct scoreline, and 1 point for simply the correct result. Predictions must be in before KO, anything submitted after will not be counted.

Kick hadn't updated it since the Corinthians match, so there was a lot of catch-up to be done . I calculated everyone's points for the 4 matches since then (Leeds, Aston Villa, Norwich and Everton), and the Leaderboard has been updated. The biggest gainer was Reus, who extended his lead at the top from 4 points to 7. The only place change was yours truly moving into second, although there does now seem to be gaps opening between certain groups. The Top 3 of Reus, me and Ganso are almost 10 clear of 4th placed Soul, who's 11 clear of the trio of Barrett, Kick, and Abra, who themselves are 9 clear of all the rest

Yes, of course! You should have jumped in when you first joined the site! There's obviously no mathematical way you can win the thing now, but if you'd like to predict, by all means, do

Kick doesn't combine them I don't believe, no. If you get the scoreline right, you in turn already did get the result right, so I don't think he gives you that extra point for basically the same thing.

Hmm, idk, seems kind of silly to me. But alright, his thread, his rules
Doesn't change anything though. We'd all still get one extra point each (apart from Barrett) and the standings would be the same.
