Coppa Italia today guys. Zeman says we're going for the win, as we should. Look for a few changes in the lineup though. I'd expect Romagnoli and Burdisso to be given the start, allowing Marquinhos and Castan to have a rest. Same goes for Florenzi who's had a long run of games, definitely think that De Rossi is going to start. Up front, I would probably allow Totti to sit this one out and finally give Lopez a shot.

I would give Maquinho a shot as well, time for Balzaretti to get a rest.

Very Happy A win to keep the momentum and giving a chance to stek and DDR to get their feet wet would be the main objective . I Personally like to see Dodod on the field , and
-----------Stek
Piris--Romagnoli-Burdisso-Dodo
-------perrotta--Bradley-DDR
-------Destro-Osvaldo-Pjanic

I would like to see Dodo too but he isn't really match fit yet. A good 25-30 minutes would do him some good though.

Good match, but Osvaldo No...too many red cards for a forward of his ability.

Hoping Destro's injury isn't too severe as well.

Romagnoli did what Lopez could not today and was actually able to make an impression. He actually looked better than Burdisso for the majority of the match.

Overall, we were just a bit too much for Atalanta, even on 10, but they were a little unlucky not to have at least one penalty after Piris clearly handled as well as Burdisso. On the other hand, we could've had one when Raimondi handballed as well. So at least Russo was consistent in his failure to spot all 3 incidents.

Russo is one of the worst refs in Serie A. Missed two handballs (one for each) and a clear foul on Destro in the box. Also, that Pjanic yellow card was extremely harsh.

The difference in this one, in the end, were the two keepers. Stekelenburg, a wall, on one side and Consigli, butter fingers, on the other. We showed a lot of character though, even when going down to 10 men. A deserved victory, though I did feel for Colantuono seeing the way his team went down two goals in the first half.

Great to see Stek back in goal, he did very well, especially in the final minutes when Atalanta threw a few more men forward. Finally got to see Romagnoli who did exactly what I expected of him, great personality. De Rossi did his job well protecting the back line, while Pjanic continued on his great form. The only disappointment was Lopez, but granted it is difficult to step into Totti's shoes. Well done to everyone, Chievo is next, we would need another win here since Milan and Napoli await.
