so 28M + 35M = 63M will be payed this summer?

Barca has 45M cash to spend on transfers + sellings..

Bojan is expected to be selled to Roma for 10->12M

Jeffren is expected to be selled ( we can get 8M from selling him)

add to that that Ibras will be selled to ACMilan for 24M " last season they had a deal" ( barca will get 8M this summer)

Caceres was selled to Sevilla for 3M ( +1.5M variables)

so Selling Ibra (8M this summer) + Bojan (10M?) + Jeffren(8M?) + Caceres (3M) etc..

we will get 29M? or more!! + 45M...

we have around 75M to spend this summer?

so Cesc (35M) + Sanchez (28M) --> we will still have 12M!! Razz

You're gonna need all 12 of that best case scenario money to make Wegner agree. After all, 50m > 35m and I'm pretty sure he would rather see Barca not strengthened after the last two years in CL vs Barca.

Real offering more is just a way for us to make it waaaay more difficult for Barca to sign him, we don't necessarily prioritize him. But if for some unlikely reason Cesc and Wegner accept.... Pffft, what's 50M? We wipe our ass with that in Madrid.

Obviously, if the full court buzzer shot we put up is true and does work out, Cesc will be an auto starter in Madrid.

The man has quality and would be a must starter along with Alonso in a 433. Khedira and Sahin would rotate, depending upon opponent.

Nobody is saying it's likely to happen. But this > Figo if true.

He would be good for Madrid I feel; Mou allegedly said that Cesc could help relieve some of the pressure on Alonso, he said we were too reliant on him last season so.

Fabregas and Alonso in the NT in the past has worked pretty well too.

Tbh Madrid could easily get Fabregas if only Fabregas himself was not such a Barca fan. If he had any space in his heart for Real then Arsenal would not hesitate to accpet 50 million. That being said still a long shot to sign Cesc.

If it happened, it would be MUCH worse than Figo to RM, one reason being Cesc doesnt even have an official game for Barca. I think Cesc would recognize that, thus not moving for Madrid since he is, afterall a Barca product. It'd be one of those cases in which money is not the deciding factor, at least IMO, because Cesc being the La Masia product, who has had such sagas in the last few yrs., would either stay at AFC, or go to Barca. I don't think money could buy him for RM.

Well true, but if one club offers much more than the other, he'd be majorly screwing over Arsenal if he chooses the lower offer. That only works when one of the two clubs is a VERY undesirable club in an undeveloped competition. But if it is Real Madrid + 20 million or Barcelona, it is not unlikely that Arsenal will push him to Madrid no?

Maybe Madrid and Arsenal have talked about Benzema, and Madrid placing a bid on Fabregas will force Barcelona to pay more --> ergo: Arsenal can pay more for Benz.

This is a win-win because:
1) It will finally look like Arsenal bought its big player
2) It won't look as if Madrid sold Benzema for cheap.
3) Barcelona will paaaaay.

Such conspiracies.
