I disagree. You think they wouldnt got through in a group with Shakhtar, Chelsea, and Juve? Hell no. It would alsi be a helluva tought task to overcome Schalke or Arsenal. The rest though, yea theyd advance because the rest of the groups mainly only have one big team. But in each one of those, for example Bayerns or Barcas groups, City would advance, but in 2nd place.

mancity is a joke!!! how much did they spend so far???half a billion in mancini's reign alone... and they cant even qualify for next round..

while we milan have all the champions like nesta, seedorf, gattuso, ibra, silva, inzaghi who left, and we qualify for next round...

not boasting or anything but, given how torrid our season has beeen, im proud of el shaarawy, who has been in sensational form...

We have to give City a bit of a break here since clearly they were in a group with superior teams from superior leagues :coffee:

City has been unfortunate to be seeded in group of death 2 years in a roll, if any English team was in their position the same thing would have happened.

Maybe United would have made it out of this years group in expense of Real Madrid.
